A winning ticket from Saturday’s Powerball drawing was sold in Beaufort. Players have 180 days from the drawing date to claim their prizes.

Someone in North Carolina is holding a Powerball ticket worth $209.3 million, according to the N.C. Education Lottery. It happened in the Wednesday night drawing, so the winner may not yet know.

While it wasn't the Powerball jackpot, one very lucky person still earned lots of money after Saturday's drawing.

Here are Saturday’s winning lottery numbers: Double Play Winning Numbers: The estimated Powerball jackpot is $179 million. The lump sum payment before taxes would be about $81.5 million.

You can choose your lucky numbers on a play slip or let the lottery terminal randomly pick your numbers. There's a chance to have your winnings increased two, three, four, five and 10 times through the Power Play for an additional $1 per play.
