The Nashua fire chief described Monday's response to a gas leak, explosion and fire as a "complete success," even though three firefighters were injured, because everyone in the building was able to get out safely.

The NTSB said it's opening its own investigation into the explosion in Nashua, saying the the incident meets its criteria for a case.
