Residents described hearing "a huge boom" when the motorhome exploded on Thursday night.

At least three people are dead, including a child, after an explosion and fire broke out at a two-story apartment building in Dallas' Oak Cliff neighborhood, authorities say.

In its lawsuit, the city cited negligence by the gas company, the building’s owners and managers and a contractor.
