WASHINGTON — The Transportation Security Administration announced Jan. 13 that it will offer an alternative identification option for travelers, including those flying from airports here in Arkansas. Passengers who do not have an acceptable form of identification and still want to travel will be able to pay a $45 fee to use TSA ConfirmID.
