Dangerously cold air is firmly settled over the region with sub-zero wind chills early Monday and lows in the single digits. Snow emergencies remain in effect across the Tri-State. Hamilton County is still a Level 3, which means all roads are closed to non-emergency personnel. Drivers out for non-emergency reasons could be arrested or cited.
