An Ice Storm Warning is in place through Monday afternoon for all of the Western Carolinas and Northeast Georgia. Wintry precipitation onset: Snow in the mountains on and off throughout the day. A stray snow or sleet shower is possible during the day in the Upstate, but more sleet arrives in the Upstate after 7 PM.
