Attorney General Alan Wilson announced that his office had issued an investigative demand for information concerning child safety to Roblox.

Florida’s Attorney General is taking Roblox to court, alleging the company created an environment where adults can easily pose as children, contact minors and lure them into unsafe interactions.

Lawsuits keep on piling up against Roblox, a gaming and creation platform with an estimated 380 million monthly active users.

On December 16, Wilson confirmed that his office issued a Civil Investigative Demand to Roblox under the South Carolina Unfair Trade Practices Act. The demand seeks information on how Roblox moderates content, markets to minors, and represents safety protections to parents.
