Tech workers are increasingly worried that the artificial intelligence they are building will replace them. But some are optimistic that it is just one more tool to work with.
Google AI music generator Lyria 3 is now available on the Gemini app. It works—mostly—but the competition has a big head start.
The new lineup includes 30-billion and 105-billion parameter models; a text-to-speech model; a speech-to-text model; and a vision model to parse documents.
Now, users can generate 30 seconds songs in Gemini for free. Paid subscribers can access higher usage limits, though Google doesn't specify what those are.
You don't have to provide the lyrics. Just mention the mood and tempo or upload an image for reference, and let Lyria 3 do the rest.
