The House Intergovernmental Affairs and Operations committee has unanimously passed my legislation which would help veterans who deal with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). House Resolution 157 urges Congress to pass a resolution that would allow veterans to access a lifesaving therapy known as stellate ganglion block (SGB), a procedure which has been used for nearly 100 years for pain.
