Idli upma vdky style. There are a few variations to this. This is how we make it at vdky. Crumble left over idlis. Heat Kadai. Add oil. I use ground nut oil. Add mustard seeds, urad dal, channa dal, lots and lots of green chillies, curry leaves and hing. Add chopped onions and finely chopped ginger. Add turmeric powder. Add salt. Saute.
