Cook for 3–5 more minutes. • Chop 10 cups (2400 ml) spinach (or a leafy green of your choice) and add to the pan. Let greens wilt for 5 minutes. • Add 2 tablespoons (30 ml) peanut butter, 1/4 cup (59 ml) water, and 1/2 teaspoon
