The Texas Pool is now open for the summer! This 168,000-gallon saltwater pool was built in 1961 as the first ever Texas-shaped pool and has since been registered as a National Landmark. The pool is maintained by a nonprofit and has been sustained by community involvement and a team of volunteers ever since. Be sure to check it out this summer, there are events every week, some featuring @enaya_the_sea_siren and her team of mermaids, and will be open until Labor Day, Sept 1st! #visitplano #drones
