My training split after 50! Here’s one of the splits that I would do: Push/Pull/Legs/Sprints or Jump Training. I also add in daily walking. Another split that I really like is the following: Monday: Chest and Triceps Tuesday: Glutes and Shoulders Wednesday: 30 Min HIIT/sprints/VO2 Max Thursday: Back and biceps Friday: Legs Saturday: Rest Sunday: Zone 2 Cardio There are a lot of ways to split up your workouts. My target is to get adequate volume on the specific muscle groups for growth to happen.
