The Housing & Development Board has launched its first Build-To-Order (BTO) exercise of the year today. More than 3,100 new flats are on sale across Jurong West, Sengkang and Kallang Whampoa. For those with more urgent housing needs and who are less particular about location or flat type, you may wish to consider applying in the concurrent Re-Offer of Balance Flats (ROF) exercise.
