Most people confuse forearm training with grip strength. They’re related, but they are not the same. If you need straps to deadlift heavy, you trained your forearms… not your grip. Grip strength = the ability to hold and control force under load. Deadlifts without straps. Farmer’s carries. Axle bar pulls. Stone loads. Forearm training builds muscle and joint balance. Wrist curls, reverse curls, rotation work. Important, but that’s not what keeps the bar in your hands. In this video, I train both
