Based on the twelve-volume manga series created by mangaka Kia Asamiya, Silent Mobius: The Motion Picture is a 1991 anime film written by Kia Asamiya, and Kei Shigema, and directed by Kazuo Tomisawa, with Kia Asamiya acting as supervising director. The film was produced by AIC, followed by a sequel Silent Mobius 2 (1992). As both films are around 50 minutes in length, some releases contain both films compiled into a single version. In the Tokyo of the future, Katsumi Liqueur and a special squad
