Here's a quick rundown of the top shackle types our customers use. Screw Pin Anchor Shackle - arguably the most common shackle used in rigging. It's great for "pick and place" applications because it's easy to uninstall and reinstall the screw pin by hand. Bolt Type Anchor Shackle - perfect for long-term applications and personnel lifting because its two-step securement provides extra safety. This is why it's also commonly referred to as a "safety shackle." Long Reach Shackle - sometimes you nee
