Many requested for sambar recipe, I hv posted the recipes like 3 years back, so I re-made this again today. My sambar is the most simple version, I dont use sambar podi, I dnt use tamarind water, I dnt use few types of dal, so this is the most basic sambar recipe, it taste just like the one you hv in temple. If you want your sambar to be thick, use extra dal than what I used in this recipe. In this recipe my sambar is medium consistency, nt too thick or too thin. Happy trying 🤗 Sambar By Sheena
