The other day I was outside and saw the neighbor’s kids throwing something into our yard. I didn’t think anything of it at first. Kids do stupid things sometimes. He was deep into a hard training run, fully locked in, no camera planned and no moment staged. A random fan crossed his path at the wrong time, right in the middle of the grind, and caught David Goggins in his rawest state.
