Trim & tilt isn’t working on this Yamaha T9.9. So the first thing i do is check to see if the relay is putting out 12v in both directions. If it is then everything up to the relay is good and the issue is the motor or the wiring in between. If the relay doesn’t put out 12v then your testing back from it.
