Police Force of PNG is outnumbered and outgunned and out outmuscled by ration of 2,800 to 1 from 17 million population. People do not fear police anymore. Policemen and women risk their lives every day. Government should look at employing up to 100,000 police personnel and not the lousy 10,000 target next few years.
